What to do if something goes wrong. A 7-day window, a transparent process, 100% refund on a confirmed dispute.

When you can get a refund

Item not received

Example: Auto-delivery failed, manual is delayed >SLA

Access lost

Example: Account blocked by OpenAI/Steam in the first 24-48h

Does not match the description

Example: Description said Steam Russia, got Argentina

Technical problems

Example: Activation key invalid, account credentials wrong

Seller fraud

Example: The seller deleted the account after payment

When you cannot get a refund

  • × Changed your mind after receiving (digital — no refund by default)
  • × Failed to activate due to your own mistake (entered the data wrong)
  • × The price dropped after purchase (no price-match provided)
  • × More than 7 days have passed since delivery

Refund process

First, chat with the seller

There is a mini-chat on the order page /purchases/[id]. Describe the problem — most are resolved without a dispute.

Wait 12 hours

Give the seller time to respond. If there is no reply within 12 hours or the reply is unsatisfactory — move to a dispute.

Open a dispute

The "Open dispute" button is on the order page. Describe the situation, attach screenshots/video/chat history.

Wait for a decision

The Flameix team will review it in 24-48 hours. They may request additional evidence.

Get your refund

If the decision is in your favor — a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days (SBP instant).
